Workplace Health & Safety

VHRS has contracted a leading safety business to provide a Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) review of your business.

The WH&S program includes:

  • An annual onsite general safety compliance audit.
  • An Audit Report and a recommended Action Plan
  • A tailored WH&S policy and procedures manual
  • Regular WH&S Update service (minimum 4 per year)

This program provides an audit of your general WH&S requirements but doesn’t include a full ISO review which can be done for an additional fee.

Insurance

Virtual HR Solutions (VHRS) recognises that insurance can be expensive especially when claims aren’t common.

The key benefits for brokers are:

  • Assists in selling a management liability policy.  Utilises a proposal form similar to a standard management liability policy
  • Provides additional risk management cover not normally available through brokers
  • Broker only product – not available direct
  • Broker receives an agreed commission % of VHRS fees charged payable when paid by the client
  • VHRS retains 5% of the commission for the management liability policy
